Preseason Practices

Preseason practices with Coach Zack Cook

  • Open to wrestlers in 3rd - 12th grade
  • Season starts on September 6 and runs through October 29.
    • Sunday and Wednesday evenings
    • 6:00 - 7:30 pm
  • Limited to the first 40 wrestlers!
