2024 Freestyle and Greco Season

*Open to all wrestlers that are old enough to compete at State. 2015 birth year and older

*Current USA Card Required

Monday - Wednesday - Friday @ 6 Greco with Coach Lorenz

Sundays @ 11 with coach Thornton and Tuesdays @ 6 with coach VanMaanen

Thursday at 6 with Tate Flege

Thursday and Fridays will be "Live Match days " warm up wrestle a few matches followed by some open room / conditioning

UWL wrestlers will be assisting during practice.

if looking to only do one style reach out to coach Scanlan to discuss that

season will run from after youth state until northern plains,

Training opportunities after northern plains will be scheduled later on for those competing at youth nationals and Fargo
