The Cross Country team would like to offer a special running clinic for kids in K4 through 4th grade. Our goal is to encourage healthy activity, develop our God given athletic abilities, and wear out some of your kids before they go home.
Practices will not be very strenuous and open to all skill levels. We will work on the following:
  • Running drills to develop good running form
  • a mix of speed and endurance workouts
  • body weight exercises, like pushups, squats, lunges, etc.
  • relay races and running games.
