Quest was created to fulfill a unique need not addressed in today's athletic skill development programs. Our program provides an "additional" learning classroom to effectively teach kids to engage in Biblically based, success behaviors both on and off the field, court, or course. At Quest, we understand that the more practice the students engage in, the more likely they are to master any particular skill. Teaching core value behaviors is no different. Using precise role play exercises combined with objective data collection procedures, Quest participants not only practice athletic fundamentals, but also participate in strategic practice of core value behaviors in multiple settings and situations. These data collection procedures provide our coaches, parents, and participants with the immediate feedback necessary to provide the targeted instruction that benefits young athletes. Our Quest is to partner with parents, businesses, and churches in training up today’s youth to be fundamentally prepared for both winning humbly and losing gracefully in both athletics and in life.
