Ontourage was established in 2021.

Ontourage was created in connect with the North Colonie Lacrosse program to provide youth and high school lacrosse players in the Albany, NY area with access to exclusive instructional and training content from renowned Shaker and Syracuse lacrosse alum, and current professional player, Stephen Rehfuss.

We offer a suite of instructional videos tracing a 10-week learn to play program for the Winter 2021-22 season, focusing on player and skill development for grades K-8, together with several live virtual events with Stephen himself.  Come join us and learn directly from one of the best players in the history of the 518!
