Register now for Spring 2023 lacrosse season. PHRC Girls Lacrosse is a member of the MYLA. As such we adhere to their guidelines for age groups & rules modifications based on age/skill development. All referees are certified and assigned by the league.
Age Groups are defined by the league as:
Pockets (K and 1st)
5-6 DOB 9/1/15 - 8/31/17
Tyker (2nd and 3rd)
7-8 DOB 9/1/13 - 8/31/15
Lightning (4th and 5th)
9-10 DOB 9/1/11 - 8/31/13
Middies (6th and 7th)
11-12 DOB 9/1/09 - 8/31/11
Juniors (8th and 9th) - 9th graders can not play on a HS team
13-14 DOB 9/1/07 - 8/31/09
