Revised Evaluations Schedule- as of 10/24/19 for 2019-20 Season

Girls (attend one—not both)

Sunday, October 27th @ Scituate High School

or

Wednesday, November 6th @ Johnston Recreation Center

• Who: All players other than K must attend at least one evaluation session regardless of whether they have played with SYB before.  If a player cannot make either session, please contact us at [email protected].

• Why: Players will be placed on a recreation team, but evaluations allow coaches to evaluate the players’ most recent skills and other attributes to create balanced, competitive, and fun teams.

• When: Please be at the gym at least 10 minutes prior to the designated evaluation start time.  Evaluations will last less than one hour.

• What to wear: Sneakers; shorts or sweatpants; and any shirt.  We will have pinnies/jerseys, as needed. 

• What to bring: Nothing other than the player.  Please do NOT bring basketballs to the evaluations.

• Follow-up: Players are free to leave upon completion of their evaluation and will be contacted by their coach by Sunday, November 10.

• Practices: Weekday practices will start the week of 11/11/19

• Games: Saturday games will begin the weekend of 12/7/19
