Twin Cities Little League- Volunteer Charter Mission: Encourage 100% volunteer participation to support the goals and mission of youth baseball. Promote a community spirit of camaraderie, service, cooperation, and a diligent work ethic. Our goal is to create a positive culture in which coaches, parents, fans, officials and athletes work together to achieve this mission. Reaching our goal of 100% participation will be coordinated by Team Parents and League Reps. In addition to formal roles (Manager, Coach, Team Parent, Board Member, etc), volunteer participation may include: 1. Facilities - keeping things clean, supervising the SkyBox 2. In-game management - assisting the coaches with safety/supervision, keeping the official book/pitch count, running the grille 3. Post-game management - team snacks, carpooling
