Family Participation Program (Volunteering)
Tahoe Tallac Little League families play a huge role in the success of our league. Our League is run 100% by volunteers and we need all of our families to get involved. Throughout the season, there are a variety of opportunities for everyone to participate and contribute to the success of our teams and Tahoe Tallac Little League.

What is the expectation?

Tahoe Tallac Little League requires a minimum of 10 hours of volunteer service for each player in the league. The 10 hours must include one snack shack shift.

A volunteer service deposit of $50.00 is required per account . Volunteer service deposits may be paid at registration checkout OR money order provided to the league by skills assessment day. If volunteer fees are not paid, your athletes jersey will not be issued.

To fulfill the volunteer services requirement, a player’s family must complete the required 10 hours of volunteer time, no later than May 23, 2026. No refund shall be given for partial completion of volunteer service hours. If the required volunteer service hours are not completed by the deadline, your $50.00 deposit is forfeited. Volunteer fees must be collected by Saturday, May 30, 2026, otherwise it will be considered a donation to the Tahoe Tallac Little League.

If you do not intend to complete the required volunteer service hours, you may indicate your intention during registration.

Volunteer service exempt from Snack Shack Shift:
Team Manager (1 per team)
Team Coach (2 per team)
