Softball Coaches Meeting and Drafts-
March 4th 6:30 @ Memorial Stadium. Enter on the playground side. The door is in the back of the fieldhouse. Come upstairs to conference room. All Coaches in Farm Club, Minors, Majors and Sr League need to attend.

March 5th 6:30 @ Memorial Stadium. Enter on the playground side. The door is in the back of the fieldhouse. Come upstairs to conference room. All Coaches in Farm Club, Minors, Intermediate and Sr League need to attend.
Mar 8th-
9:30-10:30a @ Ambuc Park- Coaches Clinic (Any coach that has coached less than 2 years must attend one) These are different than the Coaches Meeting and Draft
Mar 12th-
6:30P @ Memorial Stadium - Mandatory Pee Wee T-Ball and Coach Pitch Meeting and Make Up for other divisions.
7:00P Coaches Clinic Make Up
You only have to come to one evaluation. You can attend either park no matter what your primary park will be. League ages 6 and under DO NOT attend evaluations. Your first contact will be from a coach after the coaches' meetings.

- Coaches Clinics are for 1st time coaches only or if asked by league administrators for you to attend.
- An email will be sent out later this week with "What to expect" and bring to evaluations.
- We want ALL kids in the appropriate age to attend evaluations. It is the first step in parity across all teams. However, if your child absolutely cannot make it, they will still be placed on a team. They just are not eligible to be drafted by a coach and will be slotted after draft is complete. (No draft in farm club. Score are used in combination with age to create fair teams.)
- Emails- Many times our emails end up going to spam folders. Please make sure and save this email in your contacts. Also, follow us on Facebook for updates and information. Anytime there is a change in dates, times, weather related items or other important communication needs it is posted, and an email will go out immediately. Once season starts you can also look for schedules and other team related info by logging into your account and going to your "Team Central" page.
- If you are registering as a volunteer, please make sure that you go to the website and read the instructions (Under News and current events) on how to complete the Adult Abuse Awareness Course BEFORE you register as a volunteer. Once you complete the course (15 minutes) you will receive a certificate that you upload during your registration.
