The Season

• Registration opens in December and closes after the final Tryout / Skills Assessment
• Teams are formed in late February and parents should be contacted by the Coach in early March
• Optional practices are usually held the week of Spring Break with regular practices beginning the following week
• Games schedules will be developed in March with games beginning in early April and continuing through May
• Tournament play begins in June with the Tournament of Champions featuring the top Minors and Majors teams in the District
• All Star teams begin practicing in June with District & State tournaments continuing through July

Gear / Uniforms

• The League provides each team with bats, helmets, practice balls, game balls, catcher equipment, and First Aid Kits
• The League provides each team with uniforms (shirt & hat).This is accomplished through a partnership with the AZ Diamondbacks.
• At a minimum, parents should be prepared to provide a glove and cleats for their player.Parents are welcome to provide their player with any additional gear that you feel necessary such as a bag, batting gloves, helmet, catcher equipment or a bat.
