Starting the 2026 Spring season
The process after you register your child can be confusing, but we're here to help. The list below should give a general understanding of what steps happen in between registration and your child being placed on a team this Spring Season.
Register the player(s) online through Sports Connect (login or register tab on this page).
Players registered for Rookies Machine Pitch and T-Ball (no tryouts if the player is signed up for these divisions) will be assigned teams by the Player Agent approximately one to two weeks after registration closes and then contacted by the manager shortly thereafter.
Players registered for Minor Machine Pitch, Minor Player Pitch, Majors, and Seniors will attend a tryout/evaluation for their designated league age. League age tryouts are typically categorized 7-9 years old, 10-12 years old, and 13-16 years old. Tryouts will be posted in the reminder section and on Facebook. They'll be updated on a daily basis pending the weather for that day.
Players need to bring a glove, a bat, and a helmet. Please wear clothes that can get dirty because our clay leaves some pretty good stains. Rubber cleats (7-12 years old) are recommended, but tennis shoes are ok for tryout/evaluation purposes. The Senior division (13-16 years old) are allowed to wear metal cleats.
After tryouts/evaluations are completed, the managers will draft the teams. The draft begins with Majors, then Minor Player Pitch, and finally Minor Machine Pitch on separate days. The Seniors division does not have to follow in the same order.
Once the teams are drafted, the manager should contact you shortly thereafter.
Hopefully this information is helpful. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to
