Seniors are a competitive division for ages 13-16. Players will be exposed to further instruction to enhance their understanding of the game, and position specific instruction will be introduced at this level. This division uses a conventional 90-foot diamond and 60'6" pitching distance. There are umpires and a tournament at the end of the season with a championship game and the winner will compete in the District Tournament of Champions. While games are competitive in nature, in keeping with our league philosophy, fun, sportsmanship and skills development remain paramount. Players and their Parents can expect two practices a week during the pre-season and one field practice a week during the regular season. All games will be played at Sportsman in Port St. Lucie. All players will have a mandatory tryout, and they will be drafted to a team according to their ability to function safely in this division by the PSLNLL managers, coaches, and player agent.
***The primary goal of every division is to instruct and create a fun, positive learning experience for our children so they may advance in their baseball career. Good team organization and POSITIVE actions promote good behavior within the team.
