FALL 2025 Travel Registration-Seasons Soccer

Fall 2025 Travel Registration-All games are travel games. Travel is limited to the Northwest Indiana area. Half the games will be home games at the LOFS fields, and the other half will be away games.

TRAVEL REGISTRATION

· Fall season games will run from the beginning of August to end of October. Coaches set their own practice days/times and Season’s Soccer Club does not have the practice schedule until after teams are formed and coaches have signed up for practice times and days. Therefore, we cannot guarantee placement on a team based on a request for specific practice days and times.

· All fees are nonrefundable. Absolutely no jewelry is allowed. This includes earrings. Please make sure you do not pierce your child’s ears right before/during the season as they will be required to remove the earrings to play. The earrings cannot be taped to be able to play.

· All players, coaches and spectators are expected to maintain good sportsmanship during games and practices. Please remember the players and the referees are children that are learning. Inappropriate behavior towards any other person will result in removal from the fields and possible suspension from future games or the rest of the season.

· If your child has any sort of medical condition that the coach should be aware of, please indicate the condition during registration and let the coach know during your first practice to ensure your child’s safety.

· If there is a sibling playing in the same age division, please indicate the players that are related during registration so we can make sure they are placed on the same team.

· Registration will close promptly on June 29^th, 2025 to form teams and late registration will not be possible as NWISL has given us a deadline to declare teams.

· NEW: 8^th Grade players now count against the IHSAA 7 player limit per team. If your child is in 8^th grade this year and intends to play on a high school team, it’s imperative that you complete the two 8^th grade player questions so we can ensure there are no IHSAA rule violations for team placements. (IHSAA limits 7 players from any high school to play on the same team in the Fall season directly before the fall season in which they will play for high school.)

· We are ALWAYS looking for volunteer coaches for the season! If you are able to help in any way with practices and/or games for any of the teams, please volunteer to head coach or assistant coach your child’s team so we can ensure that the coach positions are filled. Please note a background check is required to volunteer.

· Player photos are REQUIRED for travel player’s cards. Please make sure you’ve uploaded your child’s updated photo during registration so the player’s card can be created.

FALL 2025 In House Registration - Seasons Soccer

Fall 2025 In House Registration- ALL GAMES are played at the LOFS soccer fields on Saturday mornings between 8am-12pm(with a couple of possible weeknight games depending on weather/scheduling). Coaches setup their own practice times each week.

IN HOUSE REGISTRATION

· · Fall Season games will run from early August to mid/end of October. · ALL In-house teams will be reset for Fall 2025.

· Requests to play on specific teams, with specific players or with a specific coach will be extremely limited/unavailable.

· If there is a sibling playing in the same age division, please indicate the players that are related during registration so we can make sure they are placed on the same team.

· Registration will close promptly on July 13^th, 2025 to form teams and late registration will not be guaranteed.
