Kids, Inc. is a volunteer driven organization! Your help makes it possible!! Kids, Inc. of Dallas is a nonprofit organization serving Dallas and the surrounding areas. In the absence of programs such as YMCA, YWCA or a Boys' and Girls' Club, it is a practical, all volunteer effort to fill the needs of the youth in the community. Kids, Inc. began in 1963 with a summer baseball and softball program for about 200 boys and girls. Since that year, it has grown to include over 1,500 young people annually in a variety of sports activities. Kids, Inc. is funded by local business sponsors, donations, fundraising activities, and player registration fees. Field and Facility use is granted from the City of Dallas and the Dallas School District.
