Pickleball League

Spring Youth Volleyball

Join us for our beginners volleyball league! This will be a great introduction to learning the game of volleyball and while learning the skills. We will use a larger, lighter volleyball (trainer volleyball), serve 15 foot inside the end line, and make sure to keep the game going so the kids have fun!

3rd & 4th Graders (coed)
Sunday Afternoons
March 3 – March 31
$50 per person

Each team will have one practice per week, and then one match on Sunday afternoons. Both boys and girls are encouraged to participate!

Youth Skills Training Camp

The ultimate goal of this skills camp is to teach kids the fundamentals of jump training and shuttle conditioning work. At the end of the four weeks, they will know how to perform five different ump progressions, and four different conditioning modalities.

Mondays & Wednesdays
4pm - 4:45pm
Ages 11-14
Limit to 12 participants!

Parents will be given access to a mobile app where they can see each of the eight workouts we will be doing throughout the four-week skills camp. Parents will also be provided with an eight-week conditioning packet to administer at the end of the skills camp so their child can continue to increase abilities with jump training and conditioning.

Matt Sillanpaa is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has over 10 years of experience working with college, high school, and middle school athletes, and worked strength and conditioning with teams achieving state, regional, and national titles.
