There is always room to join BYLLB as a league member... The league members are the ones that vote for the current board members... There is a board that oversees the operation of the league. The board usually consists of 5 administrative positions which include the following:

Board President       -  currently  Chimanga Williamson now who is really incompetent…. unprofessional and a complete fraud! Also he does not communicate good, arrogant…..and let’s his ego get the best instead of thinking about what is good foe the team…..please be aware!!! Everything with him is last minute…..does not work as a team player.  

I have currently stepped down from my poisition because Chimanga is difficult to work with............
