Will Weber Beachers refurbished

On Saturday, June 25, Scott Bera (a former Neartown LL player) organized a small group of Boy Scouts/volunteers to refurbish the Ervan Chew Park - Will Weber Baseball Bleachers. They sanded down rough sports, swept debris, and stained the wood to weatherproof it.  The success of this project will hopefully keep the bleachers protected for many years. Scott Bera is working toward the final step for his Boy Scout Eagle Badge from Pack 55. Way to go Scott Bera.  Neartown LL thanks you and all the volunteers who helped on Saturday. The park and this great community looks amazing.
