Some Things You Will Hear

This year we are striving to improve our practices.  Coaches will be including similar drills with each team.  Here are some phrases the coaches will be using on the fields.

During Fielding:
  • Thumb to Thumb / Pinky to Pinky
  • Start Down / Stay Down
  • On Your Toes
  • Through the Ball
  • Field Low / Throw Low
During Batting:
  • Stay Balanced
  • Quick Not Early
These fundamentals do not change for any age range.
