AGES 6-14 YEARS OLD $50
FAMILY FEE (MORE THAN ONE REGISTRATION FROM SAME FAMILY) $75
BRING TO REGISTRATION: 3 PROOFS OF RESIDENCY BELOW: Only 1 from each group below:

Parent driver’s license or vehicle reg.
2. Group two:
Certified Day Care record
Official residential rent contract or lease agreement
Mortgage document or proof of home ownership
Permit/license (gun, hunting/fishing/dog, boat reg.)
3. Group three:
Voter’s Registration
Utility bills (gas, elec., water/sewer, phone, mobile
phone, heating, waste disposal)
Internet, cable, or satellite television records
