BOARD MEETINGS
Board meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Here are the following dates:
November, 13th (6:30pm) at Tequila Grill in Mcminnville
December, 11th (6:30pm) at (To be confirmed) in Mcminnville
January, 8th (6:30pm) at (To be confirmed) in McMinnville
Everyone is welcome to attend meetings. If you want to bring up items for discussion, please notify the club President or Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so the items can be added to the agenda.
Annual General Meeting:
The club's next AGM will be scheduled for Feb 2020. This is a review of the year, followed by elections for the Board positions.
