Volunteers are needed as Coaches, Assistant Coaches, umpires, team helpers, scorekeepers,
field maintenance, fundraising, and board members.
Experience is not required - just a desire to be part of the action,
pass a Background Check Form and
complete Heads Up Concussion Training

Each team needs a coach and assistant coach.
They are parent volunteers who are willing to teach and commit to the season.
It is a great way to "get in the game"! 

Each team could use assistance with the management of the dugout, base coaches,
and helping with snacks and Hit-a-thon/Barbecue event.

 JBO (3rd through 8th grade) teams need scorekeepers. 

You can help with field maintenance - mowing, painting & repair, ensuring grounds are well kept
and preparing the fields for games.

Umpires are needed for JBO home games. This is the only paid position, so you could earn a little extra cash. 

We depend on fundraising and we do this through our annual Hit-a-thon event, banner sales, and other methods. 

Board Officers ensure that Mehama Ball Park stays for generations to come. As the children progress through their ball experience and on to high school, so do their parents. This means we need to pass the reins to the next parent volunteers. We're looking for members that will be with Mehama Ball Park for a few years. Get involved early to become informed and fill an officer position.
