Registering online is easy and quick!

Just follow these simple steps:

1. CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT
 - You'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one.

2. COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION - After you create your new member account, you'll need to enter Primary Parent/Guardian Information

3. ADD A PARTICIPANT - Enter your player's information. You can add multiple participants at this point or  continue on to register.

4. COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION - Choose the age group for your player and then fill out the player information. Make sure to read and sign the liability waiver!

5. SELECT WHETHER OR NOT YOU WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER OR SPONSOR A TEAM

6. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE! IF PAYING BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD YOU WILL SEE A CHARGE AS "BLUE SOMBRERO" 

**Registration is incomplete if payment is not received by the registration deadline. Incomplete registrations will be cancelled and participants will not be placed on a team.


Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted for your security.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

There is a $10 per family discount for registering multiple players. The discount automatically applies when you enter the second child’s information.


Late registration may be available for a limited time each season, and will incur a $25 fee in addition to the regular registration fee.


With our new registration management system, we accept payments by credit or debit card, Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express.

Your card/bank statement will show a charge from Blue Sombrero.

Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in your child’s registration being marked incomplete. Incomplete registrations will be cancelled and participants will not be placed on a team.

**NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON ONCE THE SEASON HAS STARTED!**


Refunds MAY be given under certain conditions, and must be requested in writing:

-written requests received before registration closes will be issued a full refund.

-written requests after registration closes, prior to the first game, but after practices begin, will receive a 50% refund.


To request a refund, a letter or e-mail containing the player's name and a reason for the refund MUST be submitted to [email protected]


Requests made through any means other than letter or email to the Registrar will NOT be honored.
