Brandon Queen, started to coach in 2006. He started as a YMCA volunteer then went on to start a Summer Basketball team named the Oklahoma Franchise. That organization grew to have 7 teams and up to 80-100 players. Brandon went on to coach Freshman at Jenks HS for two years. After that great experience he then joined the Edison MS program. Coaching 6th, 7th and 8th grade and winning two City Championships in the process. In 2013 Brandon joined the Edison HS staff as Assistant Varsity, JV and Freshman Coach. In 2015 due to career change Coach Queen had to step back from coaching but still did trainings. He realized he was able to help players in a different way through his trainings. Not only skills on the court but off it as well. Life lessons and the lessons learned on the basketball court go hand and hand. 

In November of 2017 Coach Queen decided to start BQ3 Elite Training. To create a real platform for players and coaches to learn from his lessons after over 15 years coaching and over 20 playing the game of Basketball.
