About Michelle: Michelle has been involved with local Little League programs for over 10 years, starting as a Team Mom, then moving on as a Registrar, League Secretary, Information Officer, and Player Agent for her kids league. Michelle has spent the last 3 plus years in the role of District Administrator of District 5, helping 7 leagues provide a quality program for their youth in Little League Baseball and Softball programs. |

About Joe Kirk: Joe joined the District 5 staff in 2017 as Public Information Officer, responsible for managing the interface between the Leagues, District and the general public. Creating and maintaining the District website, Joe is also responsible for gathering and distributing information to each of the Leagues within the District.Joe was a volunteer Cubmaster for 4 years for a local Cub Scout pack, and has coached baseball at the tee ball level.

About Vinny: Vinny has been an umpire within Florida District 5 for more than 20 years, serving at Pinellas Park National Little League and Seminole Little League. Vinny has been selected to umpire Little League International tournaments, including softball World Series. .
