You will ONLY need to complete ONE of the Concussion Training courses provided at either of the Links below!!

NFHS Learning Center Concussion Training & Info

1.)   Click the "order here" button, then either login if you already have an account.  If you DO NOT have an account Click Register now and complete a brief registration form to take the course.

2.)   When your registration is complete you may "order" the FREE concussion course offered along the left-handed side of the page.  Continue following the prompts.  Although it may look like you will be charged for the course, there is NO cost!!!

3.)   Once you've completed "checkout", you'll be able to take the FREE online course!

4.)   When you have COMPLETED and PASSED the course, you will need to PRINT the Certificate of Completion which needs to be given to the Division Director.

CDC Sports ConcussionTraining & Info

1.)   Scroll down and click on the "Heads Up Concussion In Youth Sports"

2.)   Next click "Heads Up Concussion In Youth Sports" launch the Training course

3.)   Complete the FREE course.  Once you have COMPLETED and PASSED the course you will need to PRINT the Certificate of Completion.  It will need to be given to the Division Director.
