Registration for Football and Cheer is handled directly through the Howard County Recreation & Parks website. Once on the site search for RP5309 to find all of the FOOTBALL programs by age and RP5308 to find all of the CHEER programs by age.  Remember, enroll your child in the appropriate age group based upon the age they will be August 1st.
