Upshur County Recreation Complex, Inc., a private non-profit corporation, was created to develop a recreation complex aimed at enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Upshur County. Our goal is to provide this enhancement through the creation of a facility which will provide recreational opportunities for all of the citizens of Upshur County and serve as a vital economic development component.
