Programming Update
The past 14 months have been very challenging for everyone, and Centred Basketball is no different. We were fortunate to be able to offer our Fall and Spring programs at outdoor courts, but disappointed to cancel our Winter program. We are looking forward to resuming our “normal” array of programs for K-8th grade boys and girls in Centre County, including
Fall 3 on 3 pre-season development program
Winter CBY program in partnership with the State College YMCA.
Spring 3 on 3 developmental program
And, for all adult hoopers, we are looking forward to resuming our fall and winter men’s and women’s Sunday night leagues.

Centred Basketball is hiring!
While we are an all volunteer board, CB has one paid position that needs to be filled - Director of Communications. This part time position involves managing our website and communicating with the CB community. If you are interested please send an email to [email protected]
What is Centred Basketball?
Centred Basketball is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and our mission is to provide developmental and competitive basketball experiences that teach life lessons, forge a strong work ethic, and instill a high character in the youth of the Centre region.
We strive to offer age-appropriate opportunities for players of all levels to learn to play the game and improve their skills. We seek out highly skilled and experienced coaches to direct our programming and train our volunteer coaches. Our ultimate goal is for our players to develop a love for the game of basketball whatever their age or skill level.
