HYBC Guiding Principles

The Haslett Youth Baseball Club (HYBC) is committed to enriching the lives and athletic experiences for all participants. Teamwork, enthusiasm, respect, hustle, and playing the game the right way are the expectations of all players. We strive to teach our youth the value of sportsmanship and gaining valuable life experiences that can be translated off the field of play into their everyday lives.

Our Club is grounded in teaching sound baseball fundamentals that will help each player improve from season to season. Our scoreboard after each season is based upon the growth of each player as a person, valued friendships gained and maintained, and the passion to continue their baseball careers.

The HYBC is committed to representing our community with respect and integrity. Each time any of our players, coaches or parents participate in a game, we hope that our actions and values proudly represent this community.
