Please note in order for your child to participate you MUST provide the following on or before the first practice:
Recent photo of your child
Up to date health physical
Copy of your child's birth certificate (Note we do not need the birth certificate if your child participated in the 2019 Season)
** Note: the registration is non – refundable ** if the above is not received on or before the first practice your child will NOT be able to participate in this sport.
