Ingram Little League Board Meeting

August 30, 2020

In attendance: Scott Lewis, Brian Hensley, Les Michaels, Jennifer Michaels, Jill Chesson, Tevian Prohl

Call to Order 5:05 PM

Old Business:

-Collected more Fundraising candy money

-Concession stand needs to be cleaned out and left over food can be purchased by board members

New Business:

-OST Fall clinics October-December on Sundays

-Pass out flyers to elementary school about OST

-would be about $60 to print flyers

-Les Michaels: call coaches to help with OST

Secretary: Minutes need to be posted on website

Treasure: $5,755.82 in account/ expenses include KPUB and new mower blades

Field Maintenance:  Value out T-ball field/ talking to Ingram ISD about maintain the field starting now/Top dressing would be about $1200 and will need to be done before next season/ Designate a shed for field 2 and high school to use

Player Agent: Need a designated cut off date for registration this year

President: another meeting September 27 at 6pm to nominate officers/ and another October 4 for election and approval at 5pm/ Get coaches keys back or re-key everything
