In attendance: Jill Chesson, Kyle Legg, Scott Lewis, Brian Hensley, Jennifer Michaels, Les Michaels, and Cody
Meeting called to order by President Scott Lewis at 5:02 pm
NEW Business:
*Got chartered costed $414.00
1 million insured
14 teams
*Any person on field, concessions, scoreboard, record keeping, must pass a back ground check.
*Get correct website to Ingram ISD for the school marquis
*Get signs printed to post at Ingram ISD-Jill in charge of this through her friend
* Jerseys
Fitness First will be at next board meeting to show samples
*Umpires
Les Michaels in charge of this
Scott will get Les # of umpires and date of umpire clinic in February
*Opening Day will be March 14
*Closing Day will be June 6
OLD Business
*Fundraising: Jill in charge of this
Will be doing candy bars from Worlds Finest Chocolate
$40 buyout for parents wishing not to sale candy
Next meeting will be at Julie’s Event Center Sunday February 2nd at 4:00PM
