Fall 2023 Recreational Flag Football

Flag Football is open to boys and girls ages 5-15. Players of any and all skill levels are encouraged to play. The season runs August 26th through November 16.

Regular registration runs from April 1, 2023 to June 1, 2023. Registration will close once a division is full. Effective June 2, 2023, an additional late registration fee of $25 will be added. Late registration will only occur for divisions that are not full.

JTAA Flag Football divisions are based on the child’s age as of the last day in August of the current year (8/31/23).

The division date of birth range for the 2023 season is:
5-6 = 9/1/2016 to 8/31/2018
7-8 = 9/1/2014 to 8/31/2016
9-10 = 9/1/2012 to 8/31/2014
11-12 = 9/1/2010 to 8/31/2012
13-15 = 9/1/2007 to 8/31/2010

2023 Fall Rec Cheerleading

Thank you for your interest in the Fall 2023 Recreational Pop Warner Cheer Program.
 
Our program is a community cheer and dance program open to girls and boys, ages 3-16, living anywhere in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. 
 
Our season runs from August 1 to mid-December. Our teams will cheer for 8 regular football games; typically 4 of these games are away and 4 games are home. Additionally, all teams will compete at a local competition. If they are one of the top-scoring teams at the local competition, they will advance to a regional competition in Orlando, Thanksgiving week/weekend, at the Silver Spurs Arena! For the highest scoring teams at the regional competition, there is the opportunity to perform on a national level at Pop Warner's National Cheer Champion in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center. Based on the successful history of our program, we have advanced to Nationals at all levels for almost a decade. 
 
In order to continue to compete at a national level practices are MANDATORY, barring emergencies. The practice schedule, starting in August, is 10 hours weekly, all the way to Labor Day. After Labor Day, practices are 6 hours weekly, with a game on Saturday. Practices are around 2 hours in the evening. Practices are typically held at Abacoa Community Park; in the event of rain, we will relocate to an indoor facility. 
 
Cheerleading is a team sport. Competition routines include dance choreography, formations and stunts. Absences greatly affect the overall performance of the entire squad. If a team member is missing, routines (especially stunts) cannot be practiced or performed. In competition situations, if a team member is missing, the entire routine must be redone at the last minute, which harms the entire team. We ask everyone participating to make a commitment to attend all practices and performances. If you know in advance that you cannot guarantee attendance with the above mentioned schedule in mind, we ask that you refrain from registering with the needs of the team in mind. 
 
Uniform fittings happen PRIOR to August 1. Your athlete will need to be available for uniform fitting during the month of May/June. If you register after May, we will need to schedule a fitting as soon as possible. Do not put off being fitted or you may be cheering at games without your uniform.
 
The registration cost is $300.00 this season for all divisions. There are additional costs to expect throughout the season. These costs include but are not limited to:
 
Uniform Security Deposits - $350.00 (note that a deposit check is required for this; it will be held uncashed and returned to you at the end of season upon receipt of a returned clean uniform.)
Uniform Cleaning Fee - $50.00 Non-Refundable (this is charged at registration)
Competition Cheer Bows (set of 3) - Estimated $40.00 (this is charged at registration)
Competition Cheer Shoes - Estimated $75.00 (this is charged at registration)
Competition Tickets for spectators only - Estimated $15.00-$25.00
Regional Hotel Cost (Competitive Teams Only) Estimated $110.00 per night

For the cheer bows, cheer shoes, and cleaning fee, you will be charged $165 total upon registration. Please note that this portion cannot be divided up into the monthly payment options. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Jr. Tiny-Mite division is for 3- and 4-year olds. Additionally, the Bantam division (Ages 15, 16, 17) is for High School-age cheerleaders who want to continue to participate (compete) in Pop Warner. This team will compete in all competitions like the other teams. Bantam will not cheer football games; instead they will only compete in Locals, Regionals, and Nationals.  

Locals will be sometime in October in our area. This is a one day competition. Regionals will take place sometime during Thanksgiving week or weekend. When making a decision about what team your daughter should cheer on, please do not consider this team if you have made plans to go away for the Thanksgiving holiday. This competition is in Orlando and the team will have to be at the hotel the day before the competition. This is an overnight competition. Nationals will take place the first or second week in December. Nationals is also in Orlando and an overnight trip. 

SCHOLARSHIPS: There will be partial scholarships available. You must submit your scholarship application for approval BEFORE registering your player. Once your scholarship code is emailed to you, you will use this code during the online registration process. 2023 Fall Recreational Tackle Football

Thank you for your interest in 2023 Fall Recreational Pop Warner Tackle Football. We are approaching our favorite time of the year!! 

Please read the following message prior to registering your player(s).

Tackle football is open to boys and girls ages 5-14. The regular season runs from August 1 - November 1. Following the regular season there will likely be playoff games for each team (based on season performance) and a possible regional and national championship game. Football practice starts August 1, 2023. During the month of August, practices are 10 hours per week until Labor Day (practice exceptions may be made for the 5-6 year old team). We highly recommend players work during the summer on conditioning so that the month of August is less of a shock to the player in the dead heat of summer. After Labor Day, practices will be no more than 6 hours per week. Each head coach will determine the practice nights for their team. There will be 8 games in the regular season (typically 4 home and 4 away). Each team has a team parent to assist the coach throughout the season.

The JTAA Tackle Football divisions are based on the child's age as of the last day in July of the current year (7/31/23 for this year). This year, teams will be based on student's age only, weight will not be a factor:

The 2023 registration fee is $300 ($200 for 6U). This registration fee includes team instruction, the use of football pads (to be returned at end of season), football helmet (to be returned at end of season), practice jersey (to be kept by player) and game jersey (to be returned at end of season). Parents will be required to provide BLACK football game pants (any brand is fine), socks, mouthpiece and cleats. There will be a deposit check required at equipment hand out for equipment and game jersey, this deposit check will be returned to parent at the end of the season when equipment returned undamaged (normal wear accepted which will be determined by board member). 2023 Summer Soccer Camp

Join us this summer for 4 weeks of fun-filled soccer activities at our 2023 Summer Soccer Camp! We will be offering four (4) different weeks of camp, open to all boys and girls born between 2008 and 2017. You can register your player for a full week (or weeks) or for single days.

Each camp will take place Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm daily. The dates for the three camps are as follows:
Week 1 - June 12 to June 16
Week 2 - June 26 to June 30
Week 3 - July 10 to July 14
Week 4 - July 24 to July 28

All four weeks of camp will be held at Tequesta (County Line) Park, located at 2280 County Line Rd., Jupiter, FL 33469. The camp will be led by our soccer director, Neil McKay, and his team of professional Jupiter United soccer coaches.

Campers should bring water (lots of water), sunscreen, lunch, and a snack. Cleats and shin guards are encouraged but not required. Each day of camp will consist of fun and challenging soccer drills, activities and games. We will also have talent shows, water fights and World Cup challenges so there is something new to look forward to every day!

Jupiter United Spring Break Soccer Camp 2023

Jupiter United SC will be hosting a five (5) day soccer camp this spring break! The camp is open to players of all ability levels, ages 6 through 16. The camp will be run by our professional Jupiter United soccer coaches and will be held from Monday, March 20th through Friday, March 24th. Camp will start at 9am daily and will end at 3pm each day.

Campers will be put through their paces with drills designed to improve dribbling, shooting, and passing as well as take part in fun soccer-based games and activities.

The camp will be held at Jupiter Farms Park located at 16655 Jupiter Farms Rd, Jupiter, FL 33478.

The cost of the camp is $250 for the full five days with single day options available at $60 per day.

Campers will need to bring their own lunch, plenty of water, and sunscreen. Cleats and shin guards are recommended but not necessary. No ball required.

Jupiter United Kick Start, Spring 2023

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. We are limiting registrations to 24 players total as we do not want more than 12 players per coach.

What is it?
Jupiter United Kick Start is a soccer training program designed to provide our U8 and U10 recreational players with professional level coaching in order to develop their skills and techniques.

Who is it for?
The program is exclusively for our currently registered U8 and U10 rec players, both boys and girls. Please DO NOT register if you are not already registered for our Spring 2023 rec soccer program (Wait List registrations do NOT count as being registered for the season). Kick Start player registrations will be reviewed against our Spring 2023 rec soccer rosters and anyone found to not be actively rostered to a team in Spring 2023 rec soccer will have their Kick Start registration canceled.

Who runs the sessions?
Our professional Jupiter United travel coaches will be designing and running the sessions.

When will it run?
The Kick Start program will run every Friday evening from 6:45pm-7:45pm. The program will run for six (6) weeks, commencing on March 31st and ending on May 5th.

Where will it be held?
All sessions will take place at Jupiter Farms Park (16655 Jupiter Farms Road, Jupiter 33478).

(This program is identical to and will replace the Rec Soccer Clinics that were held over the last two seasons.)

2023 Spring/Summer Travel Softball

The 2023 Spring/Summer Travel Softball will be offered from February through July. Travel softball program centers on a more comprehensive softball skill development directed by experienced and knowledgeable coaches. Players are selected to teams through a highly competitive workout/tryout process. Teams will participate in local, regional and possibly national level competitions. These will include showcase events for the older college eligible players. The program includes practicing multiple weekday evenings and possibly weekend days as well as many weekend tournaments throughout our regional area and beyond.

Spring 2023 Recreational Lacrosse

Spring 2023 Recreational Lacrosse is open to boys ages 5-14 and girls ages 5-15. No experience is necessary and players of any and all skill levels are encouraged to play! The season runs from mid-February through early May and all players are required to have a US Lacrosse membership in order to register.*

Registration Fees: Ages 6 and under, $185; Ages 7 through 15, $225; Third child, or more, $150, regardless of age group.

BOYS - Boys must supply their own equipment. This includes helmets, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick, athletic cup, and mouth guard. Every player will be required to use shoulder pads with the NEW "commotio cordis" protective feature. This will be a logo on the pads themselves, and will be a call out in the copy and/or packaging if purchasing online. This is a specific requirement that we cannot overlook. Please make the necessary inquiries to make sure your player's pads are in compliance.

GIRLS - Girls must supply their own goggles and stick. GIRLS IN THE OLDER AGE GROUPS MAY WISH TO CONSIDER THE NEW HELMETS AS MANY UPPER SCHOOL LEAGUES ARE NOW REQUIRING THEM but they are NOT required for JTAA lacrosse.

**Why We Require a US Lacrosse membership: In the following registration, you will be asked to provide your child's current and valid US Lacrosse membership number. JTAA Lacrosse and the league we play in, South Florida Youth Lacrosse League (SFYLL), both require all players, coaches, referees, and league officials to have a valid US Lacrosse membership that expires after our season ends and we must have proof of it. In addition to the other benefits of being a member of US Lacrosse, the US Lacrosse Member Insurance Program provides General Liability and Accident Medical Insurance to all members while participating in covered amateur lacrosse activities. US Lacrosse partners with Bollinger Insurance to provide exclusive on-the-field coverage for all US Lacrosse members. If you do not have insurance, this coverage will serve as your primary insurance. Jupiter United Travel Soccer 2022-23

Jupiter United 2022-23 Travel Soccer registration is open ONLY to players who have completed tryouts and have been invited to register by one of our coaches. Please DO NOT register if you have not been invited to join a team. When registering, PLEASE REGISTER FOR THE EXACT TEAM SPECIFIED ON YOUR INVITATION EMAIL.

To accept your player's invitation, you will register your player for his or her team through this system and pay a $300 deposit. $250 of this deposit amount is the Volunteer Fee, which is separate from the annual Club Fee, and is refundable at the end of the season if your family fulfills the Club's volunteer hour requirement. The volunteer hour requirement is either 1) volunteering a minimum of eight (8) hours with the Club over the course of the season for non-scholarship families, or; 2) volunteering a minimum of ten (10) hours with the Club over the course of the season for scholarship families. Typical volunteer assignments include being a field marshal during games, volunteering at our home tournament(s), moving goals, lining fields (when necessary), tryout check in, concession stand sales, and the like.

All other monetary fees (for things like coach tournament per diems, referee fees, etc.) that come up over the course of the season will be paid separately as team fees. Please know that the annual Club Fee does have a few different payment plans available to choose from during registration; those being either 4 payments, 6 payments, or 10 payments. You can also elect to pay in full at the time of registration.
