PAL presents a Free 6 session CO-ED Soccer Clinic for any child 7 to 12 years of age. Clinic will take place:

Wednesday from 6PM-7:30 PM on May 8, 15, and 22

Saturdays from 1030AM-Noon on May 4, 11, and 18

No equipment is need, but shin guards are recommended and please wear cleats or athletic footwear along with athletic clothing. Space is limited and registration is based on first come first serve. Any questions please email [email protected]

The Suffolk County Police Athletic League presents a 6 weeklong competitive outdoor summer basketball league for grades entering K through 12^th. Games will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings and afternoons. Pee Wee 1 divisions will only play one game on Saturday mornings. The other divisions days of play are TBA. All other divisions will play twice a week. Practices are not mandatory but are encouraged. Missing practices can affect a participant's game play time. 

There will be 5 different divisions this summer. Participants ages 5, 6, and 7 years old are the Pee Wee 1 division. Participants ages 8 and 9 years old are the Pee Wee 2 division. Participants ages 10 and 11 years old are the Junior division. Participants ages 12 and 13 years old are the NCAA division. Participants ages 14, 15, 16, and 17 years old are the NBA division. If a participant has graduated high school, they are not permitted to play. 

This summer the NCAA and NBA divisions are permitted to enter teams into the league. Participants in the NCAA and NBA divisions do not need to be on a team to register. All other divisions will register and can be drafted to a team after the designated draft day in June. Draft days are TBA.
