Please fill out the required information online. We will need a copy of a medical insurance card, players Birth Certificate and our medical release. You can upload them on the website when you register ( a legible picture from a phone would be sufficient)  or drop them off at one of our on site registrations. You can download a copy of the form from the Downloads or Registration Info  pages on our website.

There will be  a $10 multiplayer discount.  Each child after your first registration will receive $10 off of their registration cost.
