Participation in the Pop Warner Spirit Program provides kids an opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised, safety-oriented environment. Pop Warner programs emphasize fun for everyone and encourages the development of qualities important long after participation with Pop Warner ends. We cement the values of hard work and being a part of a team!

Cheerleading has been growing in numbers since it was officially recognized in the 1970's and has been part of Pop Warner for several decades. Today more than 180,000 children are participating in Pop Warner cheerleading and dance around the world.

Registration Forms

The following participant forms are required to be provided
to the Team Manager prior to his/her first practice:

> 2019 Player Contract

> 2019 Physical Form (dated AFTER Jan 1, 2018)

> Code of Conduct (fully executed by parent/guardian)

> Report card from 4th Qtr of 2018-19 school year

> Recent participant photo

> Copy of participant Birth Certificate

Q: How much does registration cost?

A: Registration for the upcoming 2019 MSMPW season is $215.00.

Important: Additional costume elements may be required. All additions will be discussed at the team level.
Please contact your coach regarding any additions to the season uniform not mentioned above.

Q: How are cheerleaders assigned to a squad?

A: You registrant will be assigned to a cheer squad based on age, location, and availability.

Q: Are scholarships also available to cheer participants?

A: Yes. MSMPW has a limited number of scholarships each season that are available on a
