Our league has been formed as an alternative to the status quo.  We have designed our league with a players first mentality.   All of our coaches are certified through the USA Football Heads up safety program.  Our head coaches are CPR/AED and First Aid Certified.  Our players play in the PAL with players of the same age.  We play play teams throughout Suffolk County and we offer a 3 step program that maximizes player safety and the overall player experience.
