On May 11, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, EHPAL will host our 2nd annual Touch a Truck Event at the East Haven High School.  Public Safety vehicles from Police and Fire, construction vehicles and numerous unique commercial vehicles will be on display.  Come sit in the driver's seat of a police cruiser, hit the siren on a fire engine or climb into a big rig!  Our K-9 team will have a demonstration at 11:30 AM and concessions will be available.  There will be a "quiet" hour from 1000 to 1100 for those that they are sensitive to the loud noises of horns and sirens.  More details will be released as we are working to put this BIG event together!

Celebrate summer with the East Haven Police Department and East Haven PAL's National Night Out at the Splash Pad.  Every year on the first Tuesday in August, we keep the Splash Pad running until 8:00 PM.  Come play yard games, dance to our DJ's music at the pavilion and check out a demonstration from our K-9 Team.

The annual "Pass With a PAL" event is held just before the Little League season begins at the CT Sportsplex.  East Haven Officers pair with East Haven youth coaches for a chance for East Haven youth to have a catch, field pop flies and work in the batting cages.  This event is free for East Haven residents ages 7-12.
