And a updated physical from your child's doctor.


Parents that have already registered your child/children please contact us to receive a coupon for all fees paid at signing before proceeding.

Step 3: email us at [email protected] for any coupon codes if you already paid partial or in full. First time proceed on.
Step 4: select the program for your child/children 

We will need a COPY of your child's birth certificate. Which can be uploaded during your child's registration.
