All player and cheer participants must have the following requirements met in order to participate in league events.

Tackle Football Participants:
League Account
Legal ID accepted by ECYFL
Medical Waiver
Physicals (Current Year)
AYFL Player Tracker Card (Certified by ECYFL Commissioner or Assistance Commissioner)
Emergency Contact Form
Image Liability Waiver

Acceptable ID's
NC DMV-ID (out of state DMV-ID are accepted with proof of address)
Military ID

Cheer Participants
League Account
