April Events:
Sign-Up Dates at Warriors Field from 10a-Noon: April 21st & April 28th
May Events:
May 5th: Cinco de Mayo ½ Day Cheer Camp 10am – Noon (Fall Cheer Sign-Ups Noon-2pm)
May 5th: Announce School’s Out Blast Cheer Camp $25.00 & camp sign-ups
May 12th: Sign-Ups at Warriors Field from 10a-Noon (Fall cheer & camp sign-ups)
May 19th: Community Fundraiser at Yogurt Mountain in Hermitage from 11a-1p
(And sign up for: Fall cheer & School’s Out Blast Cheer Camp)
May 26th: Sign-Ups at Warriors Field from 10a-Noon (Fall cheer & camp sign-ups)
June Events:
June 2nd: Sign-Ups at Warriors Field from 1p-3p
June 9th: Last Day for Fall Sign-Ups, final payments due, & uniform fitting day (Location: TBD)
June 16th: No uniform refunds allowed on or after this date. ($40.00 fee refundable for
League/org. fee/insurance until August 3rd.)
June 18th: Cheer registration officially closed. Uniforms ordered.
July Events:
July 14th: Community Fundraiser – Car Wash (Location/Time: TBD)
July 16th: 1st Day of Fall practices
July 16th – July 19th: Fall Cheer Season Intro Week
Cheerleaders to practice Monday – Thursday 6p-8p This Week
July 23rd: Weekly cheer schedule begins: Mon/Tues/Thurs 6p-8p*days per week may be reduced
during the month of August for students to adjust to back into school, but will increase
to prepare for exhibition and competition.
*Hermitage Community Center & Mt. Zion Baptist Church may be alternate practice locations. Locations will be announced in advance for travel arrangements to be made.
*Week of July 23rd – List of football team moms and contact information, and team mom
Coordinator contact information will be obtained by Coach TJ or Coach Keshia for
Preparation of Homecoming.
August Events:
August 4th: Season Opening Jamboree
August 4th: No Refunds allowed on or after this date.
August 18th: 1st Regular season games to begin
August 30th: Fitting and Final Payment for Cheer Warm-Ups
September Events:
September 3rd: No Practice *Labor Day
September 4th: Exhibition/Competition Practices Begin (3 days a week)
Sideline practices will still be available same days/times for those not participating in
Exhibition or competition, but location may change.
October Events:
*Metro Schools Fall break: Oct. 12th – Oct. 21st
Possible Homecoming – Date: TBD (depending upon football schedule)
Week of Oct. 8th: Exhibition/Competition Practice 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
Week of Oct. 15th: Exhibition/Competition Practice 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
Week of Oct. 22nd: Exhibition/Competition Practice 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
Week of Oct. 29th: Exhibition/Competition Practice 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
