Coaches Rules of Conduct

1. I will not criticize players or participants in front of spectators, but reserve constructive criticism for later, in private or in the presence of team members if others might benefit.

2. I will accept decisions of the game officials and league officials on the field as being fair and called to the best ability of said officials.

3. I will not use abusive or profane language at any time.

4. I will maximize playing time for all players.  Don't strive to play lesser talented players the minimum amount of time.

5. I will not bet on games.

6. I will remember that I am here for the kids and not my own ego.

7. I will not criticize an opposing team, players, coaches, or fans by word of mouth or by a gesture.

8. I will not scrimmage against another age group or another organization without permission from league officials.

9. I understand that if I violate any league rules and/or policies that I may be relieved of my volunteer status.
