Carlos Rolon
Coach Carlos is a well knowledgeable volleyball athlete and coach for the past 20 years. Carlos begun his volleyball career at middle school back in 1988 in Puerto Rico and from that point and beyond was able to increase his performance and volleyball leadership helping many organizations reach their goals. Coach Carlos participated at the Police Athletic League in PR and with his leadership his teams were able to win Town, City, District and Regional qualifications for the PAL National Championship Tournament. Also he was the Captain for his High School Manuela Toro in the town of Caguas, PR. Later on Carlos was invited to participate in the tryouts for the Puerto Rican Volleyball League back in 1998. Other achievements are to be the Champions with his partner Cesar Flores in a Beach Tournament at Fajardo PR Beach Volleyball Tournament. Currently, Coach Carlos is playing in SSOVA and AVP tournaments.
Coach Carlos was training and coaching different teams levels in PR as part of the Same Level Volleyball League and participated in many tournaments trough the island and in US including Power League Tournaments and PR Convention Center invitational tournaments. Actually, his team for U12 became second place at AAU National championship in Orlando in 2017. On the other hand, In Tampa Florida was coaching with a team of U12 girls who improve so much that 4 out of 5 tournaments finished either in Gold or Silver brackets where players and the team won many medals and recognition. Now Coach Carlos Founded Dynamite Volleyball Club with the only purpose to help young athlete to perform at their highest level with the experience and teaching skills he developed from many years of coaching.
Coach Carlos is very dedicate it to his teams and give the extra mile for them at every practice. He create an environment of learning, teamwork and discipline where the player fell confidence on what they are capable to do with the encouragement and engagement from Coach Carlos.
