Western Region Umpire Clinics - Spring 2026
Districts 64, 53, & 35 are putting on a UIC Clinic on January 17th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at American Canyon Little League (Hess Road, American Canyon).  This is a phenomenal training that is designed to develop & expand your skills as a UIC.  The training will cover the roles and responsibilities of the local and district UICs, how to put on rules clinics, mechanics clinics, youth clinics, as well as best teaching and training practices. Little League International and the National Instruction Team are putting on a LL Outreach Umpire Clinic for the leagues in Section 1.  The Clinic is on Sunday, March 15th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, at Benicia Little League (323 E. CA64 Base & Plate (Field) Mechanics Clinics - Spring 2026
ALL umpires, or aspiring umpires, are welcome to attend either of these clinics.

CA 64 Rules Clinic - Spring 2026
A rules clinic will be held on on Thursday, February 26th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Rolling Hills Community Church (148 S. Orchard Ave, Vacaville, CA 95688).  This clinic is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to review the rules and get up to speed on the updates to the 2026.
