President:   Timothy Ellison

Serves as President/Director of the Melbourne NFL Youth Flag Football League (MNFLYFFL) for the Melbourne NFL Flag Football Factory (MNFLFFF), presides over and organizes all meetings and appoints Board members to preside in their absence, conducts the affairs and executes all policies as established by MNFLYFFL Board, prepares calendar of events of MNFLYFFL activities, assists rules coordinator with disciplinary decisions, assigns tasks to and assists other board members to ensure all aspects of the Flag Football program run smoothly. Helps monitor the fields with regard to safety and rules.

Summary of Role - Oversees the Melbourne NFL Youth Flag Football League Program (MNFLYFFLP) to ensure all Board Members are meeting their requirements. Addresses any issues that may fall outside of other member's roles and advise them accordingly.

Time Commitment - Year long, Monthly Meetings. 

Vice President:  Clint Dean

Serves as Coordinator and performs duties in the absence of the President, coordinates with President in all daily operations, provides input to the President, and the Board to ensure development of the Melbourne NFL Youth Flag Football League Program (MNFLYFFLP), and assists with any athlete disciplinary actions.  Helps to monitor fields with regard to safety and rules.

Summary of Role - Assist Commissioner, help oversees the Melbourne NFL Youth Flag Football League Program roles.

Time Commitment - Year long, Monthly Meetings.

Registrar:    Volunteer, Accepting Applications

Coordinates and facilitates seasonal registrations, maintain player rosters, serves as Secretary as for the MNFLYFFL and is responsible for recording minutes, assuring minutes are available at next monthly meeting through coordination with the President, assists with disciplinary issues.

Summary of Role - Tracks all registrations, records minutes, assists with disciplinary actions.

Time Commitment - Preseason heavy commitment, monthly meetings.


Compliance/Safety Coordinator:    Volunteer, Accepting Applications

Serves as rules director and director of coaches. As rules director obtains copy of code of conduct forms from all coaches prior to first game of season, promotes health, safety, and protection of all children playing flag football, suggestions for any rules changes each season. As Director of coaches oversees coaches, provides guidance to new coaches to assure the best possible player experience, be present at evaluations and draft meetings, assist with disciplinary actions. 

Summary of Role - Ensures player safety, ensures fair play, assists in development of coaches.

Time Commitment - Monthly meetings, preseason and early season may require greater commitment.

Field Coordinator:      Volunteer, Accepting Applications

Provides for general maintenance and upkeep of fields and equipment. Determines size of playing fields, evaluates playing condition of fields and aids President and Vice President in their decision to cancel or postpone games in cases of lightning or other inclement weather, helps monitor fields with regards to safety and rules.

Summary of Role - Primary role is to ensure that all fields are lined and coned weekly, and that field conditions are in good shape.  Assists with monitoring parent, coach, and player safety and adherence with rules.

Time Commitment - Monthly meetings, preseason and early season may require greater commitment.


Officials Coordinator:    Volunteer, Accepting Applications

Studies and maintains knowledge of rules, provide officials, ensure all referees maintain acceptable level of competence, ensure officials are confirmed for each game, serve as point of contact for complaints, review officials performance, ensure distribution of payments to officials through coordination with MNFLYFFLP Treasurer.


Summary of Role -
 Ensures officials are scheduled, competent, and oversees officials during the season. 

Time Commitment - During season 4 hours on Saturdays during game times, one Thursday night generally during week prior to spring break (Spring League), monthly meetings.
