Colorado District 4 was created in 2013 after the area had been part of Colorado District 1 since 2000. We encompass the lower southwest corner of the state of Colorado, including the cities of Cortez, Dove Creek, Mancos, Dolores, Rico, Durango, Silverton, Bayfield, Ignacio, and Pagosa Springs.
