After registering online, you must have your residency and original birth certificate verified by bringing original documents to the Imperial Beach Little League (IBLL) Minor Booth on the following designated paperwork collection days: 

• Wednesday, November 15th 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday, November 21st 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday, November 28th 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Monday, December 9th 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM
• Wednesday, January 10th 5:00 PM –8:00 PM
• Monday, January 15th 5:00PM - 7:00PM
• Wednesday, January 17th 5:00PM - 7:00PM
• Friday, January 19th 5:00PM - 7:00PM

NOTE: Your child will NOT be able to participate in the assessment or be placed on a team if ALL of these documents are not received by January 19th, 2024. Paperwork WILL NOT be accepted the day of tryouts. 

There are two ways to register your child to play in the IBLL.  See both options below.

If you are registering your child based upon their residency location, you will need the following documents and completed forms:

1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Group 1 Document
3. Group 2 Document
4. Group 3 Document
5. Medical Release 
6. IBLL Player/Parent Information 
7. Sports Parent Code of Conduct 
8. IBLL Photo Consent Form 

Note for items 5-8: these league-required forms were emailed to you after you registered. Please check your email to print the document or send us an email and we will resend you the forms.  We strongly encourage you to bring the completed forms with you to expedite the processing times; however, if you do not have access to a printer, on-site printouts will be available. 

If you are registering your child based upon their school within the IBLL boundaries, you will need the following documents:

2. School Enrollment Form
3. Medical Release
4. IBLL Player/Parent Information
5. Sports Parent Code of Conduct
6. IBLL Photo Consent Form
