2026 Fall Baseball

This is the Fall Registration for the 2026 York Little League season. We will offer co-ed baseball opportunities for all kids ages 4 through 15.

District 8 Little League decided to revamp the divisions. You will notice in the registration the names of our divisions have changed. If you have questions on which division your child should be placed in please reach out to our player agent [email protected].

Divisions for the Fall 2026 Season

Tee Ball (Ages 4–5)

Focus: Fun, fitness, and fundamentals.

Play: Hitting off a tee, basic fielding, running bases.

Field: Small diamond, often co-ed (baseball or softball).

Format: 1practices/week, 1 weekend game.

Hybrid (Ages 6-7)

Focus: Fun, fitness, and fundamentals.

Play: Hitting off a tee, basic fielding, running bases.

Field: Small diamond, often co-ed (baseball or softball).

Format: 2 practices/week, 1 weekend game.

Minors (Ages 8–10)

Focus: Learning rules, developing skills, and building confidence.

Play: Player pitch, stealing (including home), no leading off.

Field: 60-foot bases, 46-foot pitcher’s mound.

Majors (Ages 10-12)

Focus: Competitive play, advanced skills, and readiness for tournaments.

Play: Player pitch, stealing allowed, no leading off, dropped third strike in effect, and a continuous batting order.

Field: 60-foot bases, 46-foot mound.

Intermediate 50/70 (Ages 11–13)

Focus: Leading off, stealing, balks, dropped third strike in effect, and a continuous batting order.

Field: 70-foot bases, 50-foot mound.

Regular season is played August (weather permitting) through October.

Practices will begin In August
