Hopwood Area Recreational Council (H.A.R.C.) is a non-profit membership organization that provides multiple sports opportunities to youth through organized recreation activities.  The primary purpose of this organization is to maintain non-sanctioned league baseball play and softball from April through October of each year.  The league will be geared to provide an outlet of health activity and training under good leadership in the atmosphere of wholesome community participation.  The league will establish the rudiments of teamwork and fair play.

The baseball league is divided into five divisions:  Tee-ball (6U), Coach-Pitch (8U), Midget (10U), Little (12U), and Pony (14U).The softball league is divided into four divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U.
